Here are some FAIL photos i got:-

The iTunes photo- Someone put a review on the app called "Amazing Xray FX" and he said that the app is too big for ASIAN hands (lol)The Radio photo- I made a mix CD of different songs and one of it was "Dirty Little Secret" and when the name is too long the radio puts an arrow ">" it looks like half of an "X" so it made it look like "Dirty Little Sex". (Car- New Honda CRV)
